Well it’s that time of the year again folks! As my gift to you, here’s the scene where Brenda goes to the Post Office in Safety First: the Rise of Women! Be sure to watch it all the way to the end for some great shopping tips this Holiday season!

She got the house. I got the guitar. Ok, I know this isn’t exactly the kind of body you’d expect to see in the Body of Art webisode, but every once in awhile you need a change of pace. A lo-fi viral rocker I made for the Guitar Center shot in beautiful super 8mm film.

You may have noticed I haven’t posted any videos lately. I’ve been in a bit of a rut. I keep coming up with nothing but dead ends.

All you need to tell any story are some bikini clad women and a couple of tubes of sun tan lotion. Anything more and you’re relying on gimmicks. Another clip from the archives.

Lesbian bongos at DragonCon from Mac Kelly on Vimeo.

I have to end the videos from the Dragon*Con Film Festival with the drum circle. Nothing better than watching two girls dancing together at four in the morning to the raw sounds of beating drums.

Once In A Lifetime from Mac Kelly on Vimeo.

I was asked recently by a fellow filmmaker friend of mine, Josh Fields, if I would be willing to take off my Director’s hat and become an actor in his film. I said, well for the sake of art, sure. Besides I needed a change of pace after finishing Safety First: the Rise of Women! Here’s the result of that collaboration. I know the usual viewers to this vlog aren’t used to seeing dudes in my videos, but I think you’ll find the story of Josh and Ted a universal one and one that is quite compelling. I’m the one playing Ted.

It’ll be screened at the Dragon*Con film festival in Atlanta at the end of August along with Safety First: the Rise of Women!  Anyone in Atlanta going to the festival, drop me a line.  Enjoy!
